Service description

We offer non-repository Turnitin similarity and AI detection reports, and AI text humanization. turnitin0 is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Turnitin, LLC.

Your responsibilities

• You must comply with your institution's academic integrity policies and applicable laws.
• You are responsible for the content you submit and how you use reports or rewritten text.
• You must not use the service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.

Payments & credits

Pricing is pay-as-you-go unless you purchase prepaid credit packs. Turnitin scan packs expire 30 days after purchase; humanizer word packs do not expire. All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.

Disclaimer

AI detection and humanization outcomes vary by document and detector version. We do not guarantee any specific score, acceptance by an institution, or future compatibility with updated detection models.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, turnitin0 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order in the preceding 30 days.

Data Deletion Policy

We believe you should control your academic work. This policy describes how to delete your data from turnitin0.

Uploaded documents

• After processing, you can delete individual tasks and associated files from your Task history.
• Deletion removes the file from our active storage systems used to serve your account.
• We do not submit your work to public student paper repositories as part of this service.

Account data

To request deletion of your account and associated personal data, contact us through the Contact us option on our homepage. We will verify your identity and complete deletion within a reasonable timeframe, subject to legal or billing record retention requirements.

Backups

Residual copies in encrypted backups may persist for a limited period before automatic purging, consistent with our security and disaster-recovery practices.

Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with results that match the quality demonstrated in our sample reports.

Eligible refunds

• Technical failure: we could not deliver a completed report or humanized file after payment.
• Duplicate charge: you were billed twice for the same order due to a processing error.
• Service not as described: contact us within 7 days with your order ID and a clear description of the issue.

Generally non-refundable

• Successfully delivered Turnitin reports or humanized documents.
• Prepaid credit packs after partial use, except where required by law.
• Dissatisfaction with AI or similarity scores that reflect Turnitin's own output.

How to request a refund

Contact us through the Contact us option on our homepage with your order ID, payment date, and reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed to the original PayPal payment method within 5–10 business days.
