This dataset contains 90 AI-generated undergraduate essays totaling 73,611 words. All texts were produced by the Gemini-3.5-Flash language model without humanization. The essays span five broad domains—Business, Education, Humanities, Psychology, and STEM—and cover 30 distinct majors including Accounting, Biology, Computer Science, Nursing, and Psychology. Each essay is written in the essay genre and falls into word-length buckets of 400, 800, or 1,200 words. None of the essays are labeled as ESL. This collection is suitable for studying AI-generated academic writing across diverse disciplines at the undergraduate level.
